For a shop, market stall, workshop or café – without separate till software and without a second set of accounts.

Tap itemsYour items as buttons, the best sellers first. Search by name or number – also with a barcode scanner, if the item number is the barcode. Plus a custom amount with VAT rate, quantity and discount per line.
Cash with changeRounded to 5 centimes, “Tendered” with quick picks, the change in large type. Tapping “Paid” twice doesn’t create a second receipt.
Card and TWINTThrough your own card terminal and your TWINT code: enter the amount there, confirm here. Until the provider pays out, the money sits on a separate account.
The receipt as a PDF80 mm wide, to print or show on the phone: company, VAT number, lines, VAT per rate. From CHF 400 with the customer’s name and place, as VAT requires.
Voids with a reasonA wrong sale isn’t deleted but voided with a receipt of its own – with a reason, once per receipt. Sales staff can only void on the same day.
Daily closingCount the notes and coins, the till shows the expected amount and the difference. One click posts the day: cash, card, TWINT, revenue, VAT, rounding and difference – one entry, balanced.
Cash bookEvery cash receipt, every cash in and cash out with the running balance, the count record, the daily closing as a PDF and the transactions as CSV for your fiduciary.
Unchanged, provableReceipts are numbered consecutively and chained. If one is changed outside Buchify, the cash book shows it.
VAT without extra workThe sales appear per rate in the VAT return – from the receipts themselves, nothing counted twice.
Permissions per personSell, manage the till, view the cash book – a tick per person. The assistant at the counter sees neither salaries nor the balance sheet.

Does Buchify have a till for my shop?

Yes, and it’s included in the annual price: on your phone or tablet you sell items or a custom amount – cash with change, card through your own terminal, or TWINT – and hand over the receipt as a PDF. In the evening you count the cash; the day goes into the books as one entry, and the sales go into VAT. More about the till →

Can I decide what an employee sees?

Yes. On top of the role, you tick per person what they see – for example only time tracking, only the till, or invoices and contacts. Only the owner and the fiduciary see salaries; anyone linked to their login in payroll sees only their own under “My area”.

Can I just take a look?

Yes – the demo is a real sample company with customers, invoices, reminders and a bank statement. You can touch everything; it’s reset every night. No sign-up, no credit card.
