All prices in CHF, including VAT. Ordering and invoicing run via Pixify (Stripe) – with your address, marked as paid. If you later buy a website or shop from Pixify-AI, your Buchify subscription switches to the customer price. Payroll as an add-on: from CHF 10.– per month (1 employee) to CHF 90.– (up to 25), billed for a whole year, activated directly in the app. Receipt reading as an add-on: from CHF 5.– per month.

What counts are the receipts read in a month; at the limit, documents are filed instead of read, never billed afterwards. More than 200 on request.

Questions about pricing
How do I open an account if I don’t have a Pixify website?
Via Open an account: enter your company and address, add a card at Stripe – and you’re in, 30 days free with all features. You’re only charged on day 31 (CHF 249 per year); if you cancel before then, you pay nothing. The invoice is issued by Pixify, the platform behind Buchify. If you later buy a website from Pixify-AI, the subscription switches to the customer price.
I’m already a Pixify-AI customer. How do I get Buchify?
You activate Buchify in the customer panel. After that, the “Accounting” tile appears there, and you switch to the software with one click — without a second login. Buchify is a separate annual subscription alongside your website: CHF 149 per year, with the first 30 days free.
What happens if I cancel?
Your access switches to read-only mode; it isn’t closed. The ten-year retention obligation under Art. 958f CO applies to you, and we won’t stand in its way. There’s no lock between you and your documents.
What does payroll cost?
It’s an add-on, priced by the number of payslips in a month: 1 employee CHF 10.– · up to 5 CHF 25.– · up to 10 CHF 45.– · up to 25 CHF 90.– per month, billed for a whole year.
