Organised like the app itself. What’s listed here exists — not on a roadmap, but in your login today.
Overview
The dashboard
The first look in the morning. A page that tells you whether there’s anything to do today — and otherwise stays quiet.
- Open receivablesWhat’s outstanding, what’s overdue, and for how long.
- Ageing analysisOpen invoices by age — at a glance, not in a table.
- Latest entriesWhat last landed in the books, and where it came from.
- Reminders awaiting approvalWhat the reminder run has prepared waits here — nothing is sent until you say yes.
What Buchify doesn’t do
It’s here, not in the small print. Software that promises everything breaks its word somewhere — we’d rather tell you up front.
Deliberately not built
And it’s staying that way.
- No module kit. There are no add-on modules for dunning, bank or VAT – it’s all in the price. There are two add-ons: payroll, because only those with employees need it, and receipt reading, because every receipt read puts an AI to work.
- No bank connection with your login details. Buchify reads the file your bank gives you (camt). It doesn’t connect to any bank and never knows an e-banking password.
Not built yet
What’s still missing, and why.
- Electronic VAT filing (eCH-0217). The form is fully calculated; it is still submitted by hand.
- Payroll reporting to the social insurance funds (Swissdec/ELM). The data is checked against ELM 6.0 and output as a preview draft. Only a certified program may transmit it – until then, the AHV salary statement and salary certificate go out as PDFs.
- Foreign currencies and payment files (pain.001). Amounts are taken as they stand – there’s no currency conversion. You approve payments in your e-banking.
Rather try it than read about it?
The demo is a real sample company – with customers, invoices, reminders and a bank statement. No sign-up, no credit card.
