What we do

No promise in capital letters – a list of what’s built.

Second factor for every loginPassword plus a code from the authenticator app, also on the way in from the Pixify customer panel. Ten recovery codes for emergencies.
Servers in EuropeThe application and the database are located in Frankfurt am Main, operated in line with the Swiss FADP and the European GDPR.
Encrypted transmissionExclusively via TLS. Requests over HTTP are redirected before any page is delivered.
Locked after failed attemptsAfter five wrong passwords, access is temporarily locked.
Finalised documentsThe PDF is created once, with a checksum. Nobody changes it afterwards – that’s what the GeBüV requires.
Immutable audit logEvery change with before and after, who and when. Even the operator’s access is recorded there – readable for you.
Documents outside the webInvoice PDFs and attachments are stored outside the web directory and can’t be accessed via any address.
Daily backupYour data is backed up every day.

Because it’s not our data.

No analysis, no sharingWe process your accounts on your behalf. We don’t look at them, analyse them or pass them on.
No AI over your figuresNothing you record in Buchify goes to any AI service – except the receipts you have read with the add-on.
No lock-out after cancellationYour access switches to read-only mode; it isn’t closed – the ten-year retention obligation is yours, and we won’t stand in its way.
Export of all data, any timeA zip file with every table as CSV and every document as PDF — without asking.
